Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies:
Ingredients-
- 6 TB butter
- 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 TB cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
Directions-
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over medium heat.
- Stir in sugar, then remove from heat.
- Let cool for about 5 minutes.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and chocolate chips.
- In a greased 9×9 pan, pour brownie batter.
- Place peanut butter in a ziploc bag, snip off the tip, and pipe onto the batter in stripes.
- Swirl a knife in the opposite direction of the stripes, creating a swirly pattern.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set.
